
The fitness and conditioning required for this sport is quite demanding. Although we don't provide any fitness classes, it is highly recommended for who practices this sport to maintain a healthy level of conditioning, if to be taken seriously. For those who are in more for the joy of the sport, even though it is challenging, slowly you can gain your strengh and endurance.

In the case a student needs some guidance, both teachers and other students can provide initial guidance as needed. Beyond this point should be provided by a professional trainer with medical supervision.
